Coffee (and a mask)

I love this time of year. The change of seasons always reminds me to enjoy the necessary ending of one season and to look forward to the new.  This season feels especially motivating as I think we are on the brink of great days ahead - an end to our pandemic and the start of travel again , possibly an entire team of new leadership in our country and a new hope for the people that are really struggling right now.  I don’t (generally) look at the short term - but stay hopeful in the long term.  
The long shadows remind me that summer days are coming to an end and a beautiful season of snow and warm fires, holidays and time with loved ones is just around the corner.  Time to ponder that with a cup of coffee ( and a mask) for now.
