The big hole

Left the park after our last wee wander in search of the elusive rhinos but sadly they stayed elusive.

We headed into Kimberley to visit the De Beers museum and the big hole. I think it should be renamed to the huge hole. There was a distinct feeling of vertigo looking into it.

Visit done we headed to our overnight stay in Welkom. Why you ask, well we had never been there before and most likely we will never be back. The people were nice, the bed comfy and the food good so not all was lost.
