Happy Birthday to Angela

It’s Angela Lansbury’s 95th birthday today and she is still going strong.

She grew up in London, the granddaughter of working-class hero George Lansbury, who led the Labour Party from 1932 to 1935.

Martin and I had the privilege to seeing her in her Tony award role as Madame Arcarti in Noel Cowards’s Blithe Spirit, 6 years ago in London. She was a real ‘Tour de force’. This blip is from the downstairs toilet!
