Homo Suomi

Main characteristics : Can often be seen prowling around his garden. At other times will be seen working for the council. Neat and tidy dress code... always hi visibility. Easily kept amused. Especially fond of things which make noise. Items like Chain saws, log splitters, lawnmowers and as we see here, leaf blowers. Not fond of raking leaves as this is an occupation which is largely devoid of noise.
The council sent these two guys to our street so that we can have nice clean pavements.
