This card came from Liliana. We always told our girls they had to write thank you letters and I am pleased that they are carrying on with their children. So many just don't bother nowadays.
You will be pleased to know that the Insurance Company are sending a surveyor to see the damage. My daughter took photos of everything that was damaged and then she and Goatee Swept, Hoovered, Mopped and Dusted  and this morning on FaceTime it all looks very clean but empty.  More small bits have come down but they are not using that room. 
Hopefully it will all get sorted soon.
