frost on the roses

Our neighborhood is getting an internet upgrade, so we've had surveyors painting the streets, drillers putting down conduits under the streets, our yards dug up, etc. Yesterday we got a notice that our internet could be out between 7 am and 4 pm today while they put in the new cable. And then, if we pay extra, we can make use of this new and better service. Looks like I have something in common with this frosted rose.
