We were meant to have a Global Town Hall webinar today. Let’s just listen to this new language we all speak today.  The CEO of our parent company is American and wanted to address the whole Global community.  They brought in an outside webinar company and the entire thing was a total bust. Some people saw five minutes of it but it froze. I never saw anything. After a big build up it was a total bust.  I felt for her. That said there is something soothing about being tethered to one’s desk chatting on WhatsApp with one’s team and flicking through a few light emails and online shopping.
