Well, not what I'd expected!

He and I were having smoked salmon blinis for lunch, something Owen would run a mile from, so Huw decided to conjur up something for Owen.

The result, brie and bacon and poached egg yolk and bacon on toasted rounds...the verdict, gorgeous!
