A glorious day in Scarborough I hope your having some of this sun shine too.


More drama last night this time my brother, it resulted in me and Dave leaving the house at 4am!! so Dave could calm down. We had a drive to filey and a walk on the beach. There was one happy dog in all this though, as he got an extra walk :) it just seems its one thing after another at the moment, but I know everyone has troubles and I should stop moping about. But there is one constant and that is my weight loss! im feeling better, looking better, eating more veg and salad than ever, and actually enjoying it haha

God I go on, im just worried about bri, dad, and Dan but I do try to be positive, but im mentally tired today its a bit too much. Tomorrow im going to do a positive BLIP.
