At Least I Didn’t Buy Two Paper Copies

Very long, busy day working today with back-to-back calls for most of it and a late finish, with a quick break for a garden blip and this tiny seedhead hanging on...I was definitely ready for my glass of wine and video chat with two lovely ladies, A and Mrs W.

I really love to read, I’ve always loved reading from when I was really young but I’m not a very discerning reader, I’ll read pretty much anything and you could say I’m not a very ‘good’ reader because I read really quickly. Almost skim reading a book means I don’t often pay as much attention to what I’m reading as I could do. I finished the current book that I am reading this evening, to realise after 300 plus pages that I had actually read it last year and about 50 pages before the end I remembered the ending. This is not the first time this has happened but at least I didn’t buy two paper copies of the same book this time!
