Cramped

Being a competent Limbo Dancer would have been a benefit to this survey.

This is not the biggest survey we have done but certainly a good technical challenge. The cliff to the right towers above the roof line of the building on the left. The rounded profile (on section) of the cliff means you cant see the top from here and you cant see to here from the top. Each end of this trench is blocked by adjacent buildings and you only get access here by coming through the workshop from the street beyond.

We had to measure the cliff profile.

The survey brief came on a tape recording which self destructed seconds after I listened to it.
