Fibonacci?

A trip up to mum and dad’s to take them some shopping. Dad can’t drive at the moment so between myself and my brothers we are keeping them stocked up.
I love the way some plants spiral and I think I have a vague memory that this is related to the Fibonacci sequence but I can’t remember how.
