quince

I love their colour, surprisingly the quince jelly turns out pink. The fruit is really hard to cut, but worth the effort... but won’t be making it this year as I still have some left. It tastes nice with cheese. I’ve also played with my wonderland filter, but it’s a bit more subtle with this picture.
