Spring in Staffs

A lovely day for a bike ride in the Staffordshire countryside today. I'm not as fit as I'd like to be, owing to an almost total lack of meaningful exercise since Christmas. I'm doing the Cheshire Cat 100 miles in 5 weeks' time. Gulp.
