Maya

Every so often a talented young person comes along. Maya is one such person, at the weekend Maya knocked 5 mins off her Half Marathon time setting a new PB of 1:41. Tonight was her first night at our Club Training where she ran 5x 1000m 3.55, 4.05, 4.10, 4.07, 4.05. I am looking forward to helping Maya improve, the other thing to remember is, this 14 year old Girl is showing exceptional talent.
