Video Calls

My new little niece Mari arrived into the world safely. The other side of the world (Canada).
Thanks to Covid we couldnt even go to celebrate with my parents (their first grandchild) so we let them tackle their enormous bottle of prosecco on their own and kept an eye on them through a video call. The new parents even got to join us for a few minutes. So great to see them all.
The major advantage of being the other side of the world is no babysitting duty or nappy changing for me!
