Sunrise, West Barns

Often when I get up on the morning I see elements of a sunrise I want to photograph but unfortunately our house does not have unbroken views to the east because of other housing. Today I actually persuaded myself to do something about this as there was a cracking dawn sky. I only had to walk about 5-10 minutes in order to find nicer views to the east including some bare winter trees to create a reasonable silhouetted base. The house you can see with the tower is the big house in the village which no doubt at one stage owned a fair proportion of the land around the village.
