Another dull day so here's some more flowers.

7km on treadmill at lunchtime followed by 7km on elliptic and 3.5km on bike - wanted to do 7km, but ran out of time.

The number of cases continues to increase here,  but at least there was more space on the train tonight.

Off to yoga now.
