Fairy Fashion

Dear Diary,

While John cut things back in the garden, I collected a few leaves and such to press.  I had no idea what I would do with them but decided on making a couple of fairy costumes.  Well, why not?  This is the first, an outfit for a spritely lad to wear at the annual Fairy Masquerade Ball held each October.  Puffy trousers, tunic with printed undersleeves and slippers.  I even made a wee mask for him to hold.  A piece of mica adds a sparkling accent.  Tomorrow, his date's frock!
