Lost inspiration?

Found this .....dropped accidentally? thrown down in a bad mood when a sketch or a poem wouldn't work? tossed out in glee when the art did work? Or maybe someone simply became so absorbed in a natural object that they just forgot their original plans and became part of its life......mmm, I wonder.
