Blue

Although it started bright first thing it soon deteriorated into light rain. We spent most of the morning indoors playing with our grandson, planning his and our meals as we have been given recipes that we can all eat adding salt and any extra spices afterwards.  L had a late breakfast of oats and fruit with avocado fingers and then it was time for our lunch.  After his sleep and milk we headed out to Exmouth.  It was by now very bright and sunny so we headed through the park to the sea front.  These lovely clouds appeared over some of the colourful modern marina flats.  By now our grandson was asleep, see extra but once home he eagerly tucked into his chicken coconut curry with rice meal.  He certainly enjoys his food.
