What a busy day we have had with Little Boy Blue. 
After a breakfast of porridge we headed to the park and walked along the river . The conker collection is the treasure trove of the Grandpa , he doesn’t know but whilst he was treasure hunting his grandson was throwing the conkers one by one into the river in order to entertain Bramble. 
After a lengthy snooze and lunch we decided to do some baking with LBB , who is an excellent stirrer and pourer. The recipe is written inside the card , I keep special cards and use them to put recipes in so that I continue to get the pleasure of them . 
We finished off with a long play in the bath , it was too chilly outside for water play so a bath seemed like a good compromise . The yellow duck keeps a running record of the water temperature, so handy as we have a tendency to let the water go cold . 
LBB sang a little song he had made up as he played this afternoon , it was so sweet . 
After Brambles stay at his house last weekend he has learnt to say Bramble and added tractor today . He can’t pronounce the t or b yet but it’s clear enough to recognise . He has left a trail of happiness all through the house , we feel very blessed .
