When in France
The locals love foraging for wild mushrooms and it is something we have enjoyed in the less competitive (except for the Dyers!) confines of Wellington in years gone by.
We have never had much joy in France until yesterday.
Our dolmen stroll took us through a chanterelle patch and they were harvested as you can see above and then whilst clearing our chestnut terraces, again, I came across a few cepes.
Looking forward to the omelettes already.
