Wet Again

Getting out with Sony certainly mobilises my energy, when otherwise I might be tempted to snooze.
Pilates at The Garage later. I so enjoy seeing everyone in a way not possible on Zoom but I dislike how getting in and out of the Studio has become a scuttle as Nikki manages the timing for 3 classes. I'm always last out needing to sit on the floor to get back into boots. Some are still in sandals !.
Ageing is tedious.
