A real Gem, inspired by ‘Crispin

Messed about at home all day. By the time I was ready to go out, Mr B announced it was raining. So stayed in..

Blipper  ‘Crispin’ has on more than one occasion, lavished praise on the humble Gem Squash.  He even generously gifted me one recently. 

So tonight I followed his instructions and popped it in the pot for 30 mns. Sliced it in half. Added a knob of Vegan butter .. and my own touch a sprinkle of Ras el Hanout. 

Previously not a fan of squash, but this one certainly is a  little gem.
