More Knitting

I have finished knitting the pinafore dress that I blipped part of the other day although it has not yet been sewn together. I am hoping to master “Mattress” stitch, which is neater and smoother especially for baby clothes. I have watched a YouTube video, but need to watch it and practice it step-by-step.
 
So in the meantime I have started another piece, a romper in King Cole Cherish café crème; this is my picture today. I think it is going to be a long winter and spring with various lockdowns and so I shall probably blipping more knitted and crocheted items.

The temperature today was ten degrees Celsius at GMT noon; cold with rain during the afternoon.
