MonoMonday...ICM

I enjoy the effect of ICM and have tried it before, usually up and down or side to side, but after watching a video on techniques, I thought I would try twisting my camera around.  Great fun and some odd effects....this was the one I liked best.....thanks to GadgetKid for hosting....In case you are wondering what on earth it is, it's my laptop.....
Tried a Monday morning excercise/dance class this morning, phew, difficult to keep up the pace, but L insists it's good for me!! A wet and miserable day, got some bits on the way home and made a comforting beef curry, with all the bits of course :)
