Hover Fly

I was going to use the rose I captured but decided to use this Hover Fly,I could do with a Hoover Fly to Hoover up all the aphids, as you can see the infestation of aphids on the rose. I am running a workshop on Thursday night on Hand Held Close Up Photography which will be a challenge. I enjoy closeup photography but its been a while since I have done any form of teaching and as a new photographer I guess one way to learn more about your subject is to teach it. In the flyer I put out for the club newsletter I used a photo I shot hand held of a spider carrying a fly in its mouth. I am feeling much better today and thank you all for your best wishes. I am a bit sore and feel like I have taken some blows to the body from Mahumid Ali.
