There are still lots of scarecrows all around town after the weekend’s autumn festival. I spotted this chap outside a cafe as I plodded about after bellringing.

My major achievement of the day was sewing in loads of ends on the two blankets I have on the go. I usually leave that to the end but thought that doing that for two massive blankets might not be the best plan.  So all sewn in on both and I am about half way through the blankets. I may try and keep on top of them now to save another mass sewing in session.
