Dump truck from behind, PA-29 heading north

Looking at this photo I remember a line from a poem I read a long time ago: "...past motion, or even stillness" (Ben Mazer, White Cities, Cambridge MA, 1995; I forget the name of the poem, though). I think that's what I'm trying for, somehow, in these images, if that makes any sense.
