Twilight at Taronga

Every year Taronga Zoo run a music series called "Twilight at Taronga", where over Februrary, they get cover bands to come and play outdoors. Taronga Zoo is AMAZING, becuase it's right on Sydney harbour and overlooks the harbour bridge and the opera house, across the water. Its an amazing place to sit outside on the grass and watch bands play.

We went to see The Beatnix, a Beatles cover band! Great evening sitting outside, having a picnic and some wine, as the sun goes down, listening to songs everyone knows and (mostly) loves. I think it's the 50th anniversary of Please Please Me this year and it's really nice to see young kids and people who probably bought the album when they 15, still singing along to the songs!
