New sheep on the block

Lovely weather today but difficult to stay on track. I just felt like resting and reading so that’s mostly what I did, sitting on the bench and enjoying a book Mum and Dad gave me for my birthday ( “Big Sky” by Kate Atkinson) We went on a walk to Routin Brig later on and D reminded me that it was only a week ago that this seemed a struggle and today I could have gone further.

I’m blipping these sheep which have just arrived in the field next to our house. I think they are Herdwicks, which are uncommon around here. They always seem to be smiling :-)
