Slept well, although not long enough. Had a delicious breakfast then headed north. Came on the route through Moffat and past the Grey Mare's Tail - all very beautiful, if somewhat over-supplied with mamils (hadn't realised it was Saturday, of course). It was so good to get this view of the Forth valley when we got over the last hill.

Got back around the middle of the day but found neither of us had the energy to do anything. Dave got us a fish supper from Pierino's and we had a hot bath and an early night.
