Introductions

We took the opportunity to introduce norfolkdoc and W to some of our favourite places in East Lothian. Whitesands Beach and Barn's Ness, Tyninghame Smithy cafe, and then the incomparable Seacliff Beach. I'm not sure we've ever visited Seacliff in the afternoon before, so it made for different light to what we usually encounter.

It wasn't that windy out, but the surf was definitely up, and there were surfers (including some managing to stand up on their boards) at Seacliff. There was also a very youthful skinny dipper, who was just as keen to go in the sea as his wetsuit clad mates. There were also dogs pushing balls along with their noses, and all manner of other entertainments.

A most enjoyable day.
