Raspberry bakewell birthday cake.

It was Mr CFJ’s birthday yesterday and his birthday cake request for for a bakewell cake.

We went out for dinner last night and were planning to have it when we returned, but I was too full! ( Mr CFJ wasn’t, so he had an extra slice yesterday- as it was his birthday, he was allowed....!)

Super easy to make, I’ve also added chopped peaches in the past if I’ve not had enough raspberries (even tinned!!).
