Coaley Peak towards Wales

Below us the Berkeley Vale stretches out to the River Severn, and beyond the mountains of south Wales. It was such a lovely day in Charfield we decided to head out to Coaley Peak for a wander.

When we got there the clouds raced in and after a short while we headed home... to where the sunshine had been beaming down all day and was still doing so. It just goes to show; "there's no place like home".

I've sacrificed an extra. This glider was being towed back and forth for quite some time until it went out of sight. I did wonder if his tow had failed to detach, and if so how bumpy was the landing... the clouds didn't look very forgiving either.
