Teams church this morning
Light lunch then a practice walk ready for next Saturday . Claire took Thor and I took Ted. Stella took herself . We did 3 miles just around the women’s prison. No of us knew where we were going except Thor!
Home cooked a roast and now relaxing. I have to admit I did fall asleep when I came back from the walk. In fact I was pooped
