Slice of a Rainbow

L wasn't riding so we'd planned a lunch out at a country pub with a walk either before or after.  In the end we didn't do either, mainly because of the heavy showers that kept sweeping across where we were.

I'd seen the odd sections of rainbows on the drive home, but nowhere where we could stop with ease to take a quick photograph.  In the end this was taken on the drive at home and the rainbow just appeared in a small section of sky, probably because of this opening in the clouds.

It was one of only two photos taken all day.
