Discombobulated

I can enjoy this version of autumn, i.e. the one where it's not raining.

The high point of my day - also the only incident of note - was lunch with a client at Botanica, which I would currently rate as the best place to eat in Kirkby Lonsdale.

Once we'd hand sanitised and walked to our table in our masks, it all felt relatively normal, chatting about the work the client would like done and our respective businesses.

We've done this many times before but it's odd talk about a project and, therefore, the future, while the virus appears to be going back on the rampage and the catastrophe of Brexit is less than three months away. Quite discombobulating.
