Cavalli Islands

A fairly slow start this morning (not primarily because of excessive enthusiasm the night before to being on a boat for a few days). We picked up the flounder and bait nets, both of which had fish, but both of which also had several stingrays ...

Around 11am we finally got underway and headed into the deep blue - out to the marlin grounds. A stunningly sunny and calm days - truly idyllic. We saw a few fish jumping, and briefly had a marlin at our lures.

Then into the Cavlalli Islands for the night, one of my favourite places. More fishing, swimming, and fabulous BBQ lamb on the back of the boat.

Paradise.
