Lucky

A week or so before the term break our dog brought home a chicken - no one claimed her so we did.  She was quite traumatised, only had a few of her tail feathers left.  We built a quick little coop for her and then thought we can't have just one chicken so bought two more.  The two new ones are the ones that are laying and we get two eggs a day.  We have built a bigger space for them so that when we are at school for the day they have enough space for themselves to wander free of other animals coming in and chasing them.  She is called Lucky as she is very lucky to still be alive.  

We are not sure of her breed - any ideas?  She is still not laying so we think either she is still traumatised, too young or is a male!
