St Mary of the Berry

First time I've used my Mazza Bezza Baking Bible. All-in-one Victoria Sponge. Goes against my instinct not to cream the butter and sugar first but the results seem not too bad and it took moments to do. The proof will be in the icing and final presentation, and eating, which won't happen until tomorrow.
