A break in the rain

We haven’t been out today. Jason’s had toothache. I’ve been buying stuff to spruce up the bedroom. I’m going to paint the walls in a couple of weeks when we’re on holiday.

In other news, I’ve been struggling with menopause symptoms for a while now, but I got a message from my GP that if we can control my high blood pressure I might be allowed to have HRT. Not a route I would have chosen to go down, but things have become so bad that I’m willing to try anything to get my ‘old brain’ back again. Light at the end of a (shrivelled) tunnel!

So, aye, there was a wee bit of sunshine in a break in the rain, so I jumped up from the sofa and managed to catch it before it disappeared seconds later.
