Unforgettable

Like a couple of "auld hippies" we've been attending the Cambridge Folk Festival for a number of years, always staying at the same B&B in Tenison Road next to the railway station. Found the 2014 programme celebrating the 50th anniversary of the four day festival which that year included Van Morison, Richard Thompson, Sinead O'Connor and a host of others.

Continuing the Cambridge Folk Festival connection my album of the day is " El Corazon" by Steve Earle. Given his chaotic lifestyle around this time, Earle released an album of reliably solid songs with rich vocals and potent guitars, not one track did I want to skip.
