Birds on the wire

The swallows are starting to gather on the wires around here. When they are not there, they are flying very low over the fields, eating bugs hopefully.
We burned a lot of weeds today, but stopped around 4pm as we were exhausted and Mr F's leg was hurting. We've given in to the carb cravings and are having pizza and wine this evening and watching last nights recording of Gardeners World! Bliss!
