Sconces

      I took the solar lights out of the ground and attached one on the top of each post on the back fence.  They look nice in the dark but it didn't take long to discover that I use that flat space (small as it is) to hold small items as I open and close the gate.  
     I made a couple sconces out of some old landscape timbers and now the lights provide their sparkle and the usable space at the top of the posts is still available.
