Baker Day

A training day at the kids schools today.
We had to pop over to inspect the works on the roof before paying the contractors so we timed it nicely and had lunch with them.
We came home the pretty way and very beautiful it was in our bit of the Pennines. Still, not as beautiful as this rather poor shot of Adventure Girl. :-)
In other news I have read the Mary L Trump and it’s very revealing. And yes she is bitter.
In other other news we took most of a fruit cake that Mr EAnn baked yesterday. NB for those who don’t remember Kenneth Baker was the Secretary of for Education who introduced the system of teacher training days.
