Roses and sunshine

Rain overnight, cool and damp then a sunny day until later in the afternoon when it rained.

Did housework, phoned my friend, did some washing and got it dried outside, had coffee and went for a walk.  Went to doctors for head dressing and collected antibiotics from the chemist. 
This afternoon I did some gardening and the ironing. S came round for a cuppa. I rang the gas man that had been recommended to me to see if he could have a look at the gas fire and service the boiler.  I so miss my friend's husband doing it but he retired last year.
Took the blip of these lovely roses in the churchyard while I was out walking.  The extra was taken in the garden first thing.
