A LOVELY SURPRISE

I have been watching this flag Iris that I bought last year.  It flowered earlier and I didn't expect any more.

It has also tripled in size and I now realise it is too late to split the rizones so it will have to be done next year.

But I just love the colour.

No rain today which is a change from getting wet most days this week and the weekend looks good too so we are hoping to have a day out in Sidmouth.

At the moment I am making Piccalli and I have discovered it's brilliant for clearing the sinuses.
