Valentine Take 2

We were kindly presented with an M & S Valentine Dine In for 2 which we saved for tonight, having dined out last night.

KK cooked our Coquilles St. Jacques followed by Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with home-made chips. We will enjoy the Chocolate Puddings, fine bottle of Chablis and heart-shaped chocolates a little later.

I am celebrating two consecutive evenings of not having to cook. Marvellous!
